Right of withdrawal
The contract or the intention to purchase may be withdrawn within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30-day period begins upon receipt of the goods by the buyer.

The withdrawal may be made by providing the following details:

I hereby cancel the purchase of the items ordered from the seller
Enter the seller’s name, address and email address

for the following items
Item description, price

Ordered on
Order date

Buyer’s name and address
First name and surname, address, email address, telephone number

Date of cancellation

Method of payment for the refund
Please specify the payment method or your bank details

Please send your cancellation either by post or by email.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the purchase, the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded to you within 15 days of the date of cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make the payment, unless you specify a different payment method on your cancellation form. The refund may be withheld until the item has been received by the seller or you have provided proof that you have returned the item to the seller.

Please post the item back to the seller as soon as you have submitted your cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and must ensure that it is adequately packaged so that it reaches the seller undamaged during transit. If the item has suffered a loss in value due to improper handling, you will be required to pay for this loss.
